Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with ViJAYEE Pro. Here’s how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work.

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of ViJAYEE Pro made through the ViJAYEE app or website. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy along with our Terms of Service.
Subscription plan
ViJAYEE Pro is offered as a single annual plan aligned with the academic year. Access runs from the date of purchase through 30 April of the following year, regardless of when in the year you subscribe. The plan does not auto-renew; a new plan becomes available from 1 May each year. You will be notified before expiry and can choose to renew at that time.
For example, a purchase made in August 2026 grants Pro access until 30 April 2027. A purchase made in February 2027 also grants access until 30 April 2027. The subscription period is fixed to the academic calendar, not to the individual purchase date.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. A GST invoice is available on request.
Payment
All payments are accepted via UPI only. No other payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, etc.) is currently supported. Please ensure your UPI app is set up and functional before attempting to purchase.
Pro access is activated within 48 hours of a confirmed UPI payment. If access is not activated within this window, contact our support team with your UPI transaction reference number.
Cancellation
You may stop using the app at any time. However, since the annual plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase, there is no ongoing subscription to "cancel." Your Pro access simply expires at the end of the plan period and will not renew automatically.
No-refund policy
All sales of ViJAYEE Pro are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Failure to use the app or unused portion of the annual plan.
- Dissatisfaction with exam results, scores, or academic outcomes.
- Device incompatibility or internet connectivity issues on your end.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Changes to app content, features, or pricing communicated in advance.
We strongly encourage you to explore the free plan before purchasing Pro, so you can evaluate the app's content and suitability for your needs.
Technical exceptions
While we do not offer refunds, we will make it right in the rare event of a confirmed technical failure on our end:
- Failed payment, money debited: If your UPI account was debited but Pro was not activated within 48 hours, and we are unable to resolve the activation within 48 hours of your report, we will issue a full refund to your UPI account within 5–7 business days.
- Duplicate debit: If the same transaction resulted in two debits from your UPI account, we will refund the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days upon verification.
To report either of the above, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your UPI transaction ID and registered mobile number.
Payment disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment, contact us at vijayee@wedevelopers.in before raising a dispute with your bank or UPI provider. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected by this policy.
